Customers have asked why Planned Profit is shown on team tab when working with Billing Rates?
The Planned Profit is shown so that planners can easily see the current planned profit based upon the specific plan and project billing rates. This can often be lower than the target profit because not all rates have the same built in target profit (e.g. - 20%). The design intent is to show this impact in an easy to view format.
We know that some users find this confusing so we have added a feature (NPA-934) to hide this field if desired. We expect this to be available during our summer release.
