Problem: When you attempt to launch Project Analyzer, the splash screen appears but the application itself will not start.
Solution: Install the latest version of the Microsoft .Net Framework on your machine. Project Analyzer requires version 4.6.2 (or newer) of the .Net Framework in order to run. You can download the latest version of the framework from Microsoft via this link.
