In some instances, we will request that you send us log files associated with Visual Planning or another Planifi application. To do so, please look for the files in your computer directory under a path that is similar to the following example:
c:\program\files(x86)\planifi\Analyzer api 1.0.3 (Note: Your directory may vary)
We recommend that you zip all files for that day and then send them as a Zip File attachment to us.
To zip a file in Windows, use the following guidelines:
1. Select the file(s) and/or folder(s) you want to compress.
2. Right-click on the file or folder (or group of files or folders), then point to Send to and select Compressed (zipped) folder.
3. Name the ZIP file.
You can then proceed to easily attach the newly created zip file to an email.
