If you experience a problem with Project Analyzer, the Planifi support team may ask you to send them a copy of the Analyzer debug log. The debug log contains detailed information about your Analyzer sessions that can help to identify the root cause of issues. Please note that the debug log does not contain any sensitive financial or personal information.
To export the debug log to an Excel spreadsheet, follow these steps:
1) Open Project Analyzer Connection Manager. Please note that this tool is usually only installed by IT professionals, so you may need to ask a member of your IT team to do this for you.
2) Select the "Debug Log" tab and click the "Export" button on the main toolbar (highlighted in red in the screenshot below). You will be prompted to save the exported spreadsheet to a location on your computer.
3) Send the exported spreadsheet to the Planifi support team. (This should be a .XLSX or .XLS file.)
